By using our services or website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy and Service Agreement. Please read the following carefully.
For the purposes of this agreement, any clothing, linens, or other items provided to Bad Axe Laundry Room for cleaning or care will be referred to as “items.”
This agreement exists solely between Bad Axe Laundry Room and the customer and does not create any partnership or relationship with third parties.
Care of Garments & Liability
All items are handled with care; however, due to fabric conditions, manufacturer defects, or non-visible issues, there is a possibility of shrinkage, discoloration, or wear. Items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
We make every reasonable effort to maintain high-quality washing, drying, and folding standards.
We do not review manufacturer care labels and are not responsible for items marked “hand wash only” or “dry clean only.”
Delicate or specialty items requiring special care are cleaned at the customer’s discretion and risk.
Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may incur storage fees. Items unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of or donated to recover service costs.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any item.
Stain treatment is part of our process, but complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
Bad Axe Laundry Room is not responsible for personal belongings left in items, including money, jewelry, or accessories.
Customers are advised not to submit items of high sentimental or irreplaceable value.
In the event of loss or damage, reimbursement—if approved—will not exceed three (3) times the processing cost and will be provided as store credit or services, not cash.
Customers must inspect their items at the time of pickup or delivery. Claims made after acceptance will not be honored.
Quality-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery, provided the item has not been used.
We are not responsible for damage to embellishments, buttons, or decorative accessories.
Bad Axe Laundry Room is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, fire, theft, or other unforeseen events.
Payment Terms
Receipts and invoices may be provided electronically.
Express or rush services may incur additional charges.
Full payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments where available.
Taxes are charged in addition to listed service prices.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to pickup without penalty.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the discretion of Bad Axe Laundry Room.
Prepaid or promotional balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Privacy & Data Protection
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Personal information such as name, phone number, address, or email may be used only to provide services, process payments, or communicate service-related updates.
We may use trusted third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, or customer support. These providers are authorized to use customer information only as necessary to perform their services.
